A wonderful stay

We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat. Friendly not flashy.

食事がとても美味しい

3度目の利用です。今回は80代の親と一緒に利用させて頂きました。個人的には非常に好きなお宿です。 以下は、高齢のご家族や足の悪い方とお宿を探されている方に役立てばという情報です。自分の年齢では気づかなかったのですが、和室で基本的に畳に座る、食堂の掘りごたつでの食事、階段のみでの部屋へ移動する、ということが高齢者には大変になるようでした。

建物自体はおそらく古いのですが、リノベーションをして和モダンに改装しています。なので、和室は、ベースは昔ながらの旅館の感じです。価格とのバランスを考えれば、温泉もありますし、サウナもありますし、良いと思います。

気がるに泊まれるお宿でした

掃除は行き届いており満足しています。ロビーは改装されてきれいで、お部屋も一部は古いですが綺麗にしてありました。エアコンが古いのか、部屋が乾燥しがちなので、加湿できるといいと思いました。値段相応で温泉を１人でも気軽に楽しめるので良いと思います。クーポンを頂いた居酒屋もよかったです、機会があればまた利用したいです。

安心の快適

以前、出張で１週間宿泊したことがあり 津山市内へ、ほどよく通えて快適でした。 浴場は露天風呂もあり、夜と朝に入ってましたが、体力使うので朝だけになったりしました。 以前と変わらず、部屋は畳敷きで風情があり、安らぎが感じられます。 お茶のサーバーも置いてあり、サービスも良く感じます。(電子レンジもある) 1人宿泊でも大きな部屋を提供していただき、満足度は高いです。 価格も安いので、数人の旅行での宿泊に良い感じです。 P.S.ポケスポットも近くにあり(ジムは微妙に捕まらず)、部屋の中でも反応します。

エントランス付近モダンで素敵でした。 値段の割に雰囲気のある良い旅館だたり思います。 ただ家族連れにとってはお布団が薄く翌朝腰が痛くなってしまいました。 立地も良いし素泊まりするには良いところだと思うので布団の質を是非よくしてほしいと願っています。

杓子定規な対応で心は一切感じられませんでした。安く宿泊したからと納得できますが部屋に大きな蜘蛛は出るし清潔さがあまり感じられませんでした。 お風呂も日曜日ということもあり客が少なかったのか打たせ湯も稼働させておらず残念でした。フロントは笑顔もなくアルバイトのような雰囲気でした。

The staff were pretty unfriendly, and at reception insisted we pay again even though we had already paid through Expedia. Only after about five minutes did the staff come back and tell us, oops, they'd been working off a bill for the wrong guest. There wasn't any apology. The room was barebones and the futons were thin and uncomfortable. The breakfast was so-so. There is no coffee maker in the room -- you have to pay extra for coffee from a machine. The baths were the only nice part of our stay, and very relaxing. I'd say mediocre overall.
