「Do not book this property! No reply to messages prior to arrival and then cancelled the booking on the day of arrival! He left 10 people without accommodation and no notice. I now have to wait for my refund and am £350 down plus expenses to reorganise alternative urgent accommodation. Ruined our event and was really stressful. Do not book with this accommodation, liable to cancel on the day! Not to be trusted for large group bookings!」
