Welcome to 1903 S Bayshore, affectionately known as "Bourbon At Seven", a stunning new construction home nestled in the serene Broadkill Beach community. This exquisite 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends alike.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy floor plan, boasting tasteful décor and top-of-the-line finishes throughout. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, featuring comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and all the essential cookware and utensils needed to create unforgettable meals. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, which offers seating for up to 10 guests.

The home features five generously-sized bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The owner suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The additional bedrooms are equally comfortable, with a mix of beds to accommodate your group's needs.

With three and a half bathrooms, there's no need to worry about morning queues or getting ready for a night out. The bathrooms are beautifully appointed with modern fixtures and plenty of storage space.

One of the many highlights of this exceptional vacation rental is its pet-friendly policy. Your furry friends are more than welcome to join you on your beach adventure, ensuring that the whole family can enjoy the vacation together.

Step outside and discover the home's prime location, just a short walk from the pristine shores of Broadkill Beach. Spend your days soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, and exploring the nearby attractions. When you're ready to unwind, the home's outdoor space offers a tranquil respite. Owners provide 12 beach chairs and a beach umbrella!

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

We had the best stay here! Our family has been coming to Broadkill for 20 years and Bourbon at Seven was the perfect home for our growing family! We loved the added touches of multiple ice makers and fridges! The layout was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The deck at sunset is a spectacular way to end the day!
