The Bay Tree House was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable; Gary was friendly and helpful; and the location is a short walk to town. I also walked to both of Thomas Hardy’s homes. Max Gate was a leisurely ten minutes away; the cottage was a longer walk, but the route through the Dorset countryside was indescribably beautiful.

we had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to returning again.

Nice location and sociable management. Very close to piers, restaurants, and bus. Clean and well kept.

Excellent guesthouse to use as a base for exploring the Jurassic coast. Clean, comfortable rooms, outstanding breakfast, and the hosts are welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Wonderful stay, highly recommended.

This is a true bed and breakfast. The staffs are very helpful and made us feel like home during our stay. I truly enjoy our stay there.

We stayed here for the late summer bank holiday so the property was busy. That being said, the staff were friendly, available, and helpful. The location was perfect, the room clean and the staff helpful. I was glad about the parking behind the Inn. Made it very easy to explore Swanage. Also lovely to grab a drink or food right there.

Great. Shall do it again.

Great hospitality, super friendly host. Loved the breakfast and especially their coffee! Weymouth is a spectacular place with some of the most amazing views of the white cliffs in the background, the beautiful beaches, and the loveliest, most picturesque harbor I have ever seen!!😍 And Seascape was right in the middle of all that beauty!!!!

Excellent engaging service. I enjoyed my stay

Great stay.

Up to its reputation

This was a cute little guest house. Love the city surrounding and the beach is very close. Doesn't have parking, but the proprietor gives you a parking pass to several different parking lots very close to the hotel. You don't have to walk more than two blocks for anything you'd want: groceries, souvenirs, clothes, the beach. The room was small but very cute and comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. The proprietor is friendly, accommodating and loaded with information and tips....
