Other things to note
Please note that our apartment building implemented a trash valet process, where the valet crew picks up trash placed outside of each unit. All tenants/guests are requested to adhere to the following schedule:
- Please place the trash bin outside the unit only during valet trash hours, 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM for proper pick-up. Bring the empty bins back into the unit after 9 AM the following morning.
- Please make sure all garbage is fully tied up in bags prior to placement into bins. No paper bags, leaking or torn bags are allowed.
- Boxes must be broken down to save space and facilitate disposal.
This practice helps ensure that no one else uses our trash bin as a public waste bin and helps deter any potential pest issues. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for all residents.
PLEASE NOTE that the building office with charge a $50 fee each day trash is left outside beyond valet service hours. They enforce this rule to maintain the community cleanliness and harmony.
