「Worst things first: somehow the Hotel finds it acceptable to blast pounding clubbing music later into the night on the beach right outside the room . I had to beg four times before they agreed to turn the music down close to 11 PM. Simply unacceptable. Secondly the restaurant food is poor unexciting an over priced. Third the layout of the rooms is poor. Light switches far away from everything and sockets in inconvenient locations. Finally except for the beach there’s absolutely nothing around...

「Everything about our stay was phenomenal. The staff is constantly welcoming you with a smile and will do anything to help you with your stay. The breakfast that is included is very tasty and had tons of options. There are all sorts of helpful beach items you can take to elevate your beach day. If you are comfortable keeping your bags close to packed, enjoy a game or 2 of roulette, and want to save a couple of dollars try doing the flex stay. 「Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!」
