Self check in kiosk was quick and easy to use. No waiting in line to check in. Staff was there if you needed but I never spoke to anyone for my one night stay.

If you want Temple Bar, this location is great. Hotel room was very spacious. Staff were friendly. Our only complaint about the room itself was very low Water pressure in shower. However, please know, this is a lively area and our room’s windows opened above the street for air flow. If you are jet lagged and need sleep, this is likely not the place to stay. It was very very loud out there. If you want the lively bar scene and don’t need sleep, great spot.

This is a nice hotel to stay at, Our room was very clean and customer service is excellent! Parking is right below and very convenient.

Great and classic hotel in a convenient location to major Dublin attractions and the tram. The only downside is it can be noisy at night, especially if it’s warm and you need to sleep with the windows open, as it was when we were there. That is no fault of the hotel, however. Staff were helpful, and housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent. Take advantage of the discount by paying for your meal the night before. We are a family of four with young children and it was perfect.

This hotel has an amazing location! Walking to a lot of stuff yet in a quiet spot. The park close by is a beautiful oasis! We stayed in a suite which was very large for three people. Plenty of room for luggage, although no luggage rack. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the air conditioning doesn’t stay on. We asked a couple of times and they said they could turn it on but it never stayed on. Luckily it wasn’t super hot out so it was fine which I’m sure is probably the case most of the time in Ireland! Also they didn’t change out the glasses or give us toilet paper every day, which seemed odd. The electric blind was also broken. Breakfast was nice in the restaurant, decent price for the amount of options. Overall I would recommend and would stay again.
