When we arrived at the hotel the room seemed nice. There was a small sofa and kitchen area and then the next room was the bedroom and the bathroom. When I looked in the kitchen cabinets, there was absolutely nothing in any of them. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator and a full-size range, but no plates, silverware, cups or anything in the kitchen. Going back to the bathroom I found that the toilet had not been cleaned. We had to leave to go somewhere and later I received a call from a friend who was staying at the same hotel. When they got to their room, they found poop on the bathroom floor and on the toilet seat. The sheets that were on the bed had blood, hair, and crumbs on them and when checking the beds in our room, we also found hair on the sheets. When I first asked for a refund, I was told they would not give a refund for the first night. We had already paid for two nights. When I called Expedia, they were very helpful and after they called the hotel, they said we would get a full refund. We did not stay either night at that hotel.

This is a MOTEL, not a hotel. Room was not sufficiently cleaned. Thick dark dust was on the lightbulbs on the lamp between the beds and there were mystery carpet stains. No staff at the property to check in. Call phone number on sign to receive check in instructions. Woman I spoke to was friendly and helpful once we asked another guest how to check in. After spraying everything with Lysol, we got blankets out of our car and tried to sleep on top of the very uncomfortable beds. If your room doesn’t have toilet paper, as ours did not, there is a note on where to go get it yourself.

It was clean and the shower was very good. No personal interaction with any staff. No trash can liner. No extra blanket for the sofa area as we had one person sleep there. No hangers available. The beds are full size instead of queen size. That escaped my attention when booking. Overall, it was okay, but lacked a few comforts that would have made it better.

The kitchen was very nice the carpet in the bedroom smells and gives you a stale smell. The bathroom was not clean. The loveseat in the living space was ran down. The staff was very responsive and nice. I personally would not return.

The beds are comfortable. The temperature was adjustable to personal preference. It was conveniently located for us. We appreciated the circular parking lot so it was easy to get in and out without any tight turnarounds. There is plenty of space in the bathroom to hang toiletry bags, which we really appreciated. It's nice to have a full sized fridge/freezer. The little 4-cup coffee maker is convenient. We brought our own white noise machine, but it seemed like a quiet location, other than the HVAC unit fan turning on and off. The TV is in the living room right where the HVAC unit is located. This makes it very hard to hear the TV. It also takes a while to get the restroom temperature to a desired level since it's located in the far back of the unit. There is nothing in the kitchen to cook with or on, but we didn't intend to cook, so that wasn't a problem for us. The door to the bathroom should be painted. It only has a coat of factory primer on it and looks unkempt. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons, so I would stay there again.

Reviews for this hotel are not accurate. Our family travels about 50 nights per year and leave accurate reviews of our stays. Rooms are dated — hot water did not work in shower - several gnats and spiders in the unit. Bed was comfortable and we made the best of our stay. No on-site management - person we texted for entry to unit seems friendly and courteous. Please make your own judgment but we would not rate this as an excellent facility. It was similar to a hotel that should cost 40-50 a night.

The rooom was spacious, the beds comfy, there was a full size refrigerator and stove. I liked the separate sitting area and separate bedroom. The room smelled like stale smoke/ Marijuana, the toilet had dried feces on the bowl, the bathroom trash hadn't been emptied and there was a used condom in it, thede was a half eaten sandwich left in the refrigerator.

Upon checking in, I found our room was not clean. It looked clean initially, but when I turned down the bed, there were numerous hairs all over the sheets! Found an empty soda bottle on the floor under the bed and only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. I immediately called the phone number I was given. First, I was told they were totally booked, and there were no other rooms, but they would send someone immediately to clean the room. It was already 10 PM. She then realized they had one more room available and they quickly moved us. The new room was fine, no issues. It just left a little uneasiness. It would have been better if we walked in and the beds were unmade, etc. They were very apologetic and rectify the situation right away.
