No heating, only worked on cold. No no soap provided, no face washers. Reception person was not friendly. To be honest quite disappointed, wwe have been travelling alot and unfortunately this was probably one of the most unfriendly encounter

3rd time I have stayed here and definitely my go to accomodation in Miles .Thanks go to the manager who changed our room because of a noisy A/c .Rooms are clean ,affordable and well located .Highly recommend.

Only stayed 1 night, exposed wires, lumpy bed, whacky air con, no towels, but hey it was cheap! You get what you pay for.

Great location in the centre of town. Rooms were clean and tidy bit dated but for that price was more than ok. Would stay again no problem
