"We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room.... We were also shown the fire escape so.we didn't have to walk out suitcases through the hotel. The shower was great, the bed comfy... "We stayed for five nights in a king room. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat we ended up buying new ones and using those. The shower was powerful but kept running scalding hot then freezing cold. We asked to have it looked at and we were given a different room. Same problem ..."
