But particulary, the staff makes the difference, especially Selçuk bey. He anawered all my questions patiently, and was so helpful with everything. "We had a very nice stay at the Otel Berg, and owner and family and manager all made us very welcome and were so friendly. I knocked a star off for cleanliness just because toothbrush holder in bathroom was very dirty at the bottom and there was a used razor in our bathroom.
