Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing stay here. The place is way bigger than I thought it would be. I was a little worried about the lofted bed but we didn’t have trouble getting up and down. If you have mobility issues it might be a problem. The bus is minuets away and easy to get to the city centre and back. The graffiti around the area worried us but it seemed like a safe area. Would recommend staying here!

Pleasant stay in Milan

Recommend this property. The stay was pleasant and the host was very friendly and accommodating.Self check-in couldn't be easier with the videos and pictures shared with us the day of our check in.Location isn't the best, however, if the tram line 2 operates then it's just a tram connection to the touristy areas of the town. During our stay the tram line wasn't operating but it wasn't a deal breaker either.Property condition is good and well maintained.

Treasure hunt

This apartment is not really close to city center and finding it was a bit tricky. Getting in was harder. Perhaps I am not the most intuitive person, but I had to find the key in a lockbox, find the passcode then use a series of pics with no descriptions to figure out which apartment I was in.The bed was in a loft with no railing on the giant steps so if you need to get up in the middle of the night that would prove dangerous. The bathroom was great and that is a huge plus with me. The tv didn’t work (again maybe it was me) even the the remote said “use me”.

While the apartment looks charming with its ’treehouse’ loft, that space does not feel safe or comfortable. The ‘cat steps’ start just above my knee and have no safety rail. We used a ladder from the corner of the room to add support. You cannot stand in that space and the corner of the wall sticks out where you climb up. We tried the sofa bed downstairs first, but it was so uncomfortable, we returned to the upstairs bed for the night. The neighborhood is filled with graffiti and while close to transportation, not particularly appealing or convenient. The pretty canal photo must be in a different spot because the canal is not pretty at that location, though many people exercised along it, and you don’t see the canal from the apartment. The ‘balcony’ is the hallway for the apartment, not a sitting area. I tried several times to communicate with the host and her delayed response was from 3-12 hours. The apartment is clean. Otherwise, regrettably we did not enjoy our visit and would not recommend it to others.

Check-Inn war einwandfrei, die Lage vom Objekt war super, alles war sauber! Einzig die Treppe zum Bett war etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Esperienza bellissima

Ho soggiornato con i miei figli (adolescenti) in questa proprietà per la prima volta a Milano e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e a nostro agio. L'appartamento e' accogliente e fornito di tutti i confort. Ottimante collegato con i mezzi, pertanto abbiamo "abbandonato" felicemente l'auto in un parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze. La proprietaria e' gentile e disponibile quindi abbiamo già pensato di considerare questo appartamento il nostro punto di appoggio anche per le prossime volte. Giudizio OTTIMO

El apartamento muy bonito, perfecto para 4 personas, las camas confortables y el cuarto de baño muy limpio. Muy cerca de Navigli y un poco más lejos del centro, pero muy bien comunicado , unos 10 minutos en transporte público.

L'appartamento ha tutti i confort necessari per poter passare un ottimo soggiorno, cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata, tv e internet. L'accesso al soppalco, dove sono presenti due dei quattro posti letto, risulta essere un po' difficoltoso per via di una scaletta con gradini alti e ripidi, ma d'altra parte è giustificato dagli spazi che sono di per se ottimamente gestiti. L'appartamento, anche se monolocale è perfettamente vivibile. L'ubicazione è strategica. Ad un passo dai Navigli e con il tram, dopo una decina di fermate, sei già in Duomo. L'accoglienza è stata ottimale, per poter far fronte ad un primo giorno di ambientamento abbiamo trovato in casa, acqua, latte e biscotti e in più un buon dolce offerto dalla padrona di casa. Da consigliare.
