The day was absolutely magnificent! I booked through Expedia so I had no way for an early check-in because I didn’t get a notice that I needed to check in 24 hrs before arriving, which was a little frustrating however that has nothing to do with the property or the stay. Once I contacted the property, they were able to walk me through the check-in process. Highly recommend staying here.

We had no issues with this place, it was pretty close to anything. The only thing is there is no onsite parking, you will have to pay for public parking.

Great place in a safe location very close to the Duomo with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Bathroom was located across the hall of the accommodation which was ok but would've preferred to have everything on one room for ease.

A great location, you really couldn’t be closer to the action. If you like the Milanese nightlife then this is the place for you. Unfortunately if you are not into the nightlife that is the issue, as it comes up to find you with music and chatter rising up from the street. Once everyone has gone the extensive street cleaning process begins. This too is disturbing. To be fair, the glass is very thick so a lot of noise is filtered out. However the walls between the apartments are very thin so you get to share whatever is being watched on TV. However, lack of sleep aside it was a very comfortable stay. Whilst there are no staff, the instructions are clear and the balcony was an added bonus. It’s safe and secure. In summary, a great location and well worth staying at if noise is not an issue for you.

We arrived later than expected after the new EU passport control, in the middle of a thunder storm with pouring down rain. When we finally arrived at the property at 2am with the document to gain access. THIS DID NOT WORK, me and my partner in the pouring down rain spent the best part of 2 hours trying to gain access to no avail, we contacted customer support who did not respond. Our night ended with us spending a further £359 for accommodation. The next day my response from the client was last night it was checked and it worked, no refund and no real help with the situation we found ourselves in with homeless people walking around. I can't recommend this accommodation in the slightest afer our experience.

Please be sure to contact the hotel online prior to arrival, submit your personal identification information, and obtain your key and access code. Additionally, it is recommended that you check in after 15:00, as the housekeeping staff will be cleaning the rooms. The hotel matches the photos exactly, it is extremely clean and very comfortable.

This place is acc PEAKK!! The location is also very helpful to get litch anywhere and it’s also very accessible. The room is so neat (the mirror is a WIN!) everything was Okayy!! Defo gna book again:)

The place itself was great, but the check-in experience was terrible. I had arranged to check in at 9 PM, but since there was no front desk, I had to contact the host through Expedia. No one responded for over 1.5 hours, leaving me standing outside with no idea how to get in. Eventually, they replied and sent me the access code. As a first-time visitor to Italy, this was a very stressful experience.

The check in process was very smooth and the staff was very available and answered fast on their social medias. The room was nice. However, the first two days we noticed that there was a few ants on the bathroom floor. We did not really think of it at first as it was just a few but the last night we noticed a lot more on the main room and also noticed a few in the bed which was really disturbing. I wrote and informed about this via hotels.com as I booked via them but I have yet not received any answer from the hotel. Unfortunately, you can not really see it in the picture but in the video footage it is very visible that there is smal ants moving on the floor.
