Spacious, bright flat furnished and equipped, just a few steps from the historic centre of Milan.
Once lived in by the great architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni, considered one of the protagonists of Milanese architecture and town planning, this house is located in a wonderful historical building enriched with frescoes, a beautiful communal garden and a characteristic Baroque marble doorway.

The house's high ceilings and large windows make the rooms spacious and comfortable and, thanks to the view of the garden, it feels like living in a naturalistic setting.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests and has:
- a large living area divided into three rooms, keeping the central body as the living room, the side parts become 2 of the 4 bedrooms
- 1 double bedroom
- 1 single room
- 1 room with double sofa bed
- 1 single bedroom
- 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub
- full kitchen

FAMILY CARE: baby cot and highchair on demand and upon availability

WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: discount automatically applied by the system

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (150 €) has to be paid by guests.

Upon arrival you will find :
✓ Beds made with fresh and clean bed linen
✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags
Once the initial supply has been finished, guests will have to provide independently

GUEST REGISTRATION
You will receive a link via VRBO messaging to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It's important that this registration is completed prior to check-in.

THE AREA
This holiday home is an oasis of peace in the heart of Milan. Within walking distance, you will find many of the most famous attractions in Milan, its best restaurants, shops and places of cultural interest.
The building is adjacent to the historic Guastalla Gardens (of which the district is also named), located between the University of Milan, the Ospedale Maggiore and the Central Synagogue.
The district is home to the Palazzo di Giustizia, Villa Necchi Campiglio (a jewel of art deco), part of the Quadrilatero del Silenzio formed by via Mozart, via Vivaio, via Serbelloni and via Cappuccini, where you can admire the flamingos of Villa Invernizzi and the Ear of Wildt.
