This hotel was in the suburbs of Milan, but the Metro station was literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There was everything you could want around the hotel: mini-supermarkets, restaurants, barbers and even a gelatetia next door! The room was comfortable with air conditioning and the staff of the hotel were super friendly. I would be more than happy to stay at the hotel again and probably will.

The staff is very good and helpful. This is my second time, but I don't think I will return. One of the rooms has a very noisy noise coming from one of the bathrooms, maybe a neighbourhood bathroom. I could not sleep all night! They did change my room the next day, but I lost sleep on a day when I had to attend a very important exam.

The shower is a little small but beyond that, the service was phenomenal. The hotel is tourist friendly and they went above and beyond to ensure my sister and I were comfortable. This included moving us to another room at our request, and providing insight about restaurants and places to visit in the area and Milan. Additionally, they were kind enough to escort my sister to the correct train, which was greatly appreciated.

Facility is old but renovated. Staff are so kind and helpful. The free parking within prporty is so important in Milano. The prporty very close to supermarkets, restaurants and metro station.

The location is in the outskirts of the centro, but conveniently close to the Metro. Two blocks to be precise. And from there you can get anywhere in Milano. The staff is super friendly, check ins are amazingly quick. The rooms are pristine clean and are cleaned daily. The breakfast is a mini buffet style, very satisfying and nutritious. Excellent experience.

Pros: the staff is ok and breakfast was kind of decent. Cons: the bathroom was ridiculously small, literally you can’t sit on toilet. The shower is also very, very small. The hotel building is very old and the room is outdated.

Check in and check out was smooth and simple. Staff is multilingual and friendly. The hotel is close to the metro with plenty of convenient stores and quiet restaurants nearby. Room was clean and everything including AC was working fine. Only notes would be that the bathroom was VERY small. I'm 5'9 and struggled to move in the shower and sit on the toilet--I imagine taller folks will have a harder time. Only other minor issue is that there weren't enough outlets in the unit. Fridge was unplugged and we had to use the outlet next to the bed to power. Overall excellent stay for the price!

This hotel is a super old building. Everything is bad about the hotel. The area is not safe during the night. You will find a lot of homeless people around. The hotel building is from some ancient time with practically no service available. Super disgusting breakfast. The items are not more than 10 I guess and food they serve is something which supermarkets usually throw away. The washroom is so tiny that you will be suffocated. Picture does not match with the actual scenario of the hotel. Its too bad to rank. Hotels.se should not include these type of hotels. It will hamper your reputations

Ist okay für ein - zwei Nächte. Alles sehr Laut und hellhörig, Lärm gab es bis Mitternacht (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin). Kissen waren sehr hart. Frühstück gab es kaum Auswahl. Am zweiten Tag wurden unsere Handtücher mitgenommen, jedoch keine neuen mehr hingelegt. Für einen Städtetrip reicht es völlig aus, man darf aber nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Anbindung zur Metro ist sehr gut. Man läuft vom Hotel ca. 4 Minuten zur Metrostation und fahrt von dort aus ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Dom.

ミラノ中央駅からのアクセスがかなり悪いです。帰りにミラノ中央駅からマルペンサ空港への列車かバスに乗ろうと思いGooglemapで調べたバスで向かおうとしたら来ない。海外あるあるですね。その時点で結構時間が経ち中央駅についたのは帰国便の1時間40分前！！なんとかのれましたが中央駅を使おうと思っている方は注意。一番近いメトロからはドウォーモ、ガッレリア、最後の晩餐、ダヴィンチ博物館に1本でいけるので便利でした。 冷蔵庫、ドライヤーあります！ がシャワーブースが閉めてしまうと回転できないほどの狭さでした。日本人で横に大きめな私でこうなのだからもっと大きい方どうしているのだろう･･･トイレもビデが目の前にあり足が当たります。水回りだけが異常に狭かったですがお部屋は十分な広さでした。ベッド横にコンセントもあります。 私がしくっただけですが中央駅やマルペンサ空港（結構離れてます！）の方は要注意！
