A total disappointment

The place smell of sewage that comes from the toilet and it is noisy. The furniture is old, scratched and with missing bits and pieces, the staff is generally very rude, and the automated check-in has an hidden fee (very small but still a percentage of the city tax is levied for the cost of keeping the system) and it doesn't allow for an opt out of the privacy regulations (by law only necessary information can be retained while the hotel needs to give an option not to consent for the rest). If your phone is running out of battery you won't manage to access the place. The rooms are located in the second floor at the end of a steep staircase. In general, this is more a student place than anything else. I would definitely not go back.

Location comoda, stanza pulita, con tutto il necessario. Forniscono asciugamani e sapone e volendo nel corridoio comune c'è a disposizione acqua e tisane. Il check in completamente autonomo a me piace, ma capisco che non vedere nessuna faccia a cui fare riferimento per tutto il soggiorno possa destabilizzare qualcuno. L'unica pecca è che le porte e i muri sono veramente di carta, si sente veramente tutto: dai sospiri ai sifoni degli altri bagni, ogni minimo rumore, quindi se avete il sonno difficile, evitate.

Letti comodi ma il bagno con tazza water in brutte condizioni, sia lavandino che bidet senza tappo di scarico, in dotazione solo il telo bagno e tappetino, no asciugamano ed ospite, quindi per il costo pagato non doveva essere cosi

Støj, ufleksibelt men fin beliggenhed

Du kan kun checke In via din telefon fra kl. 13. Så hvis I ankommer før, har I ikke mulighed for at stille jeres bagage - det er enormt ærgeligt. Det var en mærkelig lugt på stedet, men det vender man sig til. Værelset var rent og fint til en overnatning, men der er meget støj fra gangen og du kan høre alt udefra hvis folk taler. Beliggenhed var rigtig fin. Lidt ærgelig oplevelse, men til at overleve hvis man kun har en enkelt nat.

Palazzo piuttosto vecchiotto, accesso al l’appartamento scomodo. Non si capiva se si poteva usare il bollitore dell’acqua o farsi un caffè durante il soggiorno. Questi apparecchi erano lungo il corridoio senza indicazione. Forse era meglio trovare una macchinetta automatica a monetine per bere qualcosa.

Acces pratique ouverture des portes par une application. A savoir 2 eme etages sans ascenseur, environnement trés bruyant (horrible) à cause de travaux importants sur l'immeuble d'à côté. Chambre propre, literie pas terrible. Bon emplacement. Il est indiqué parking mais c'est un parking independant à l'hotel à 3 min Départ 11h appreciable. Il faut savoir quune taxe supplémentaire de 3 euros par personne et en supplément(pour la commune).

conditions d’hébergement terrible, air conditionné ne fonctionne pas (propriétaire ne collabore pas et ment) , douche brisé, déjeuner plus que basique dans un corridor. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, déception assurée!!!

Very good time in Minas guest house

We are very satisfied with our stay at Minas Guest House. The rooms are very well located in the city, very well equipped and it is very clean. The staff is very kind and friendly. I recommend it.

In general the stay is fine, but they are the typical hotel that makes unexpected charges such as charging for having A / C in your room. In the description of the hotel they say they have A / C, but at check-in they tell you that it is a separate charge, which seems abusive (35 degrees).

Nice hostel with good comfort

Third time in a hostel and this was a very good experience. Private rooms and shared bathrooms that can be locked so you have the same privacy as in a hotel is a plus! The room was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels. The bathrooms were also clean. The personnel was super friendly, always greeting us with a smile when we entered or left the hostel. Good location, +/- 20 min. walk to the city center and close to a tram stop. Would defenitely recommend because you have the same advantages as in a hotel but for the price of a hostel!

Hotel gerund door lieve mensen.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, proper sanitair, ontbijt simpel op zijn Italiaans. Minpuntje misschien, je moet stilletjes zijn op de gang om de andere niet te storen.

急遽ミラノでホテルを探すことになり泊まる日の夜21時頃に予約を入れて0時前にゲストハウスに着きました。直前だった為そんな時間に予約の取れるホテルもなく1人10000円弱というゲストハウスにしてはとても高い値段ではありましたが、他の安くて汚いゲストハウスより良いと判断し写真が綺麗だったこちらのゲストハウスを渋々予約しました。空いている部屋が4人部屋の広い部屋のみ空室だった為、友達と2人でしたがそちらを予約。

Hotel a Buenos Aires

Purtroppo non posso giudicare il locale, ma un hotel dove sono stato spostato a causa di un errore di prenotazione. L'hotel era in zona Buenos Aires...nella norma, colazione un po' insulsa. Il problema maggiore è stato che dalla finestra si sentivano dei camion dalle 6 del mattino che muovevano merci e non so cosa, impedendomi di dormire. Non proprio una buona esperienza nel complesso.
