The apartment was perfect for my week in Milan. The location was great as near the park, the Brera neighborhood, museums and shops. The hosts Riccardo and Gabi were very welcoming and helpful in explaining the door lock, dishwasher etc as well as recommendations for restaurants and shops. Riccardo checked in on a regular basis to ensure everything was going well with my stay.

After confirming a time to meet with our host Riccardo are train do to weather was unpredictably late. Riccardo was wonderful to work with us and constantly communicating with us to make us feel comfortable.. The place was amazing, looked newly renovated.. My wife loved the fact how comfortable the mattress and pillows were all the comforts of home including your own washing machine. The place is centrally located easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. We also took a trip by bus and train to St Moritz Switzerland. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment, great location and comfortable bed. Ricardo (host) was great; happily, he spoke perfect English, and was very responsive to any questions. 10 minute walk to the train station, and 10-15 minutes to the Duomo. Perfect!

Our host Riccardo was wonderful. He was very informative and gave us excellent recommendations. The place is very clean and walkable to the sites and many great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Ricardo was the ultimate host, making contact with us in advance of our trip and accommodating our early arrival travel needs. He and Gabi made sure that we were greeted at the door and personally welcomed into their space. The place itself was so comfortable. It was even better than the description. Having a washing machine was a game changer. We were able to walk to all of our tourist destinations. A wide variety of restaurants and cafes were all nearby. Wish we had another trip planned for Milan. It would certainly be spent in this VRBO.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The apartment was super clean, lovely, functional and very comfortable. It is perfectly located near restaurants, shopping and easy transportation. Ricardo, Gabri and Lappo were simply wonderful!!, they paid attention to every single detail and made us feel welcome and at home from the very first minute upon reception all along the time of our 3 day stay; they responded super quickly to every question we had. The apartment is not only beautifully decorated, highly functional/practical and with all you need at the reach of your hand, it is also excellently located with walks of no more than 12 mins to key historical places in Milan, restaurants, metro, train station, supermarkets, coffee shops, all you need for a great stay. We chose it to stay for our 25th wedding anniversary and the choice could not be better. The Appartment is at Brera area, it was perfect. Grazie Milton Ricardo, Gabri e Lappo😀

We had a lovely stay in Milan! Ricardo, our host made check-in seamless with excellent communication and by meeting us at the apartment. He also gave us great suggestions for places to dine. Location was great, easy to get around by metro or walking to sites. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment by the park!

Riccardo is the epitome of a gentleman and host. From wonderful recommendations to places to eat to adjusting to our check in time when the airline lost our luggage, to making sure we had laundry detergent to clean what clothes we had! We loved his apartment.

Riccardo, property owner was easy to reach. Location of the apartment is within 5 min walk to Castle and Subway, and a park right across the street. Cozy and very clean apartment. I will definately book again in the future.

This was the perfect homebase. This is a compact, all you need apartment. I felt very safe in the Brera area. The place is super convenient: 1) Transportation - 5min to Moscova metro (M2 gets you back to either Porta Garibaldi and Centrale metro stations) and 5 min to 2, 14 Tram line; and 2) Restaurants/Shopping - anything you want is right outside your door and in summer, people enjoying the weather until wee hours so safe to get back at 3am. Only trade-off is if you are sensitive to city noises when you sleep. Worked for us. Also, the hosts are wonderful, quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Roberto and Gabi were very helpful and communicative. Our flight was delayed whuch pushed back our arrival. Gabi met us at the flat. This is a wonderful location in Brera. We walked to Semprione park, the Piinoteca, the Duomo many bars and restaurants. Metro stop at Moscova is 5 minute walk from apt. You can get to all parts of the city and train station easily. Perfect size for a couple.

Stayed a couple of nights in Milan with my wife. Riccardo was perfect. Friendly and helpful without being intrusive. He was waiting for us on check in and when we left. The spot was very clean and well appointed. The bed was good, nice sheets and pillows. Location within walking distance to the sights. Definitely will stay again when in Milan.

This apartment is well worth considering. I can say, without any doubt, Riccardo and Gabi are the best hosts I’ve ever met. They were proactive and gracious, even offering tourist advice throughout our stay. Their property was like new - well appointed, clean and contained everything we needed. Great place for a couple, visiting Milan, within walking distance to Parco Sempione and Castello Sforzesco and to the Moscova metro station, which will take you anywhere in Milan. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary items: a coffee maker with pods, a skillet, and various utensils. The bed was very comfortable as well. The shower had great pressure. Riccardo was very helpful and gave us great recommendations regarding public transportation, stores, and restaurants nearby. We recommend this place to anyone.

The location of the apartment is perfect to explore the city. The bed was the best, we ever had abroad. To use the washing machine was really helpul for us, while only traveling with backpacks. The WiFi worked reliably. Last but no least the communication with the hosts was great. Many thanks to Gabi and Riccardo. We had a great time in Milano.
