We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment in Milan. It was quiet & comfortable and within walking distance of local attractions. The only downside were the platforms & steps in the floor plan. We were a bit nervous that we might fall in the night. Overall, a very nice experience in a lovely building.

I would totally recommed this hotel , Davide was our contact with the hotel and he was very nice , always answered on time and even adapted to our changing arriving schedule. The room is very new and modern, very pretty and clean, it has extra everything, towels, bed stuff , all needed at bathroom hair dryer, etc, and at kitchen to cook, nespresso and its capsules, it has a fridge, etc . Even a very cool bed sofa plus the bed. Tv with netflix ! The hotel is in a very beautiful old and classic building so the experience is even cooler. It is in city center, 5 minutes walking to Duomo , half minute walking to a very nice café for breakfast , California café. One minute walking to the bus stop and also trams’, but just if you need to go far away, but if you only want to be in downtown then this hotel is perfect walking distance to everything. Not noisy around at night. And secure as it has its private entry apart from the building’s entry. I will totally stay there again when i visit Milan. Casandra

Came for a week stay in the winter. There was NO HEAT! I slept in my winter coat under 2 blankets for days and it ruined my trip. Property contact noted there is a district law that only allows heat between specific hours (at night). However, not even during those hours were the radiators on at all. Additionally, I spoke to many local residents who claimed this was a lie some properties use to save on heat. The fact the radiators came on for the end of the trip indicates it is fully within their control and doable. This experience ruined my birthday trip. I paid to stay in non hospitable conditions. Expedia did NOTHING to help rectify the matter (move me to another room, connect with property, etc.). I have spent hours to be told the property is telling expedia that the heat as on. DO NOT STAY HERE! Despicable.

En general el piso estaba muy correcto. Solo destacar que la mampara de la ducha estaba rota, faltaba la puerta, una estantería en el interior de ducha para apoyar el jabón no estaría de más, en la cocina no había estropajos ni paños para lavar los platos, se agradecería que hubiera una escoba para poder barrer y el estractor de humos no descarga al exterior, sino al mismo comedor. Una mano de pintura no estaría de más. Es un piso con una ubicación excelente y la anfitriona nos atendió muy bien en la llegada

Egal wie krank man ist, hier gibt es null Kulanz!

Wir waren extrem krank, haben uns beide ganz fies Corona während unseres Urlaubs eingefangen und lagen nur im Bett und mussten zum Arzt weil wir kurz vor der Lungenentzündung standen, aber weil wir ein paar Tage aus der kostenlosen Stornierung raus waren, mussten wir über 500€ zahlen obwohl wir den Heimweg nach Deutschland angetreten haben. Sowas ist gierig und hat mit Kulanz und Kundenfreundlichkeit NICHTS zu tun. Als wenn für uns nicht alles schon schwer genug gewesen wäre... Hinzu kommt, dass man über easyhomes KEINERLEI Kontaktdaten herausfindet! Keine Homepage, keine Emailadresse nicht mal eine Telefonnummer. Das ist wenig vertrauenserweckend!

Poor quality of guests service

Since the hotel property does not include a reception, the agent already contacted us after the booking approved to confirm the time of the arrival, it is very critical to decide a specific time due to the traffic and airport procedures, therefore an approximate short timeline of 30 mins were provided and we have arrived within the same period but we had to wait 45 mins in the street with the luggages to meet with the agent in order to check in because he was the only person working at that time!!. However, the agent agreed to extend the time of check out few hours more which was generous and helped us with our luggages in check-in, but we still had to pay a substantial amount to stay as they do not have a storage rooms for our items, moreover we had to save time and transfer our luggage to the main door until the transportation company arrives and they were late and the door man kept on shouting at us to remove the luggage with NO support to find alternatives like taxis If you are looking for a more guest-friendly stay with supportive staff then this is not the best option for you.

Estive em um quarto para 4 pessoas e o quarto era muito bem distribuído, espaçoso, o sofá-cama era muito confortável (o que normalmente é difícil). A localização é ótima, perto de uma via com estações de ônibus e de tramvia, poucos minutos a pé do Duomo. A cozinha e a maquina de lavar no quarto são um plus. Excelente.

Great location in Milan Italy!

We enjoyed our stay in Milan and Duomo Suites very much. Location was perfectly located and the accommodations were very clean. Please note, the rooms are like "studio" apts. They are compact and there are steps up & down to go from living area to sleeping area and to look out of the window. Several members in our party nearly sprained our ankles because there was an unexpected step up or down to go from bathroom to bed, or to the window or the kitchenette area etc. You really have to pay attention to where you're stepping in those rooms. The room was very nice, and very clean but it is definitely not suitable for small children or disabled persons. (It was kind of dangerous if you're not paying attention.) The check in was easy but you do need to contact the property ahead of time to schedule an appointment as the suites are in a building that it used for other purposes. We were a little surprised because we reserved on Hotels.com so we assumed it was a regular hotel with a lobby, reception desk, etc. It's not. It's more like an AirBnB It was exquisitely clean and well stocked though. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice and clean apartment in great location in the center of the city. 2 bedrooms with bathroom each are fantastic. Bathrooms (shower, sink, etc.) are lacking some shelfs for storage of sanitaries, accessories and hooks for towels. But that's about all to criticize.
