Our room was sparkling clean and well furnished. Beds, sheets, bathroom… everything was great. Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are quite and cozy. Would recommend!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean and fresh with modern decor. Staff in reception were very welcoming and helpful. Nice to have a small area to sit outside once the children went to bed. The water in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated after a day of travelling. There is a supermarket two minutes walk and navigli is only a five minute walk. Would happily stay here again.

There are bedbugs, so I, my wife and kids got a bunch of bites. After we were so sure about the problem, I made a complaint to the reception. However, the first reaction of them was that we might bring the bugs. Then the final reaction was that they did not find such problem so no responsibility they should take.

The apartment wasn’t bad. Clean. Shower was very small. Too far from the Duomo. The woman that checked us in was horrible, very rude and condescending.

We were traveling with a baby, so timing is never really on our side.. therefor our c/o was bit later, almost 35 min. Housekeeping kept asking us when to leave and even called the front desk on us… housekeeping was rude. C/i was great!

Une petite chambre confortable

Ce séjour d’une nuit était excellent. L’accueil y est très chaleureux. Mention spéciale à la réceptionniste qui était très agréable et professionnelle. La chambre, bien que petite, est confortable, avec une literie de qualité et une belle salle de bain (petite aussi). L’emplacement est idéal dans cet établissement avec sa cour intérieure. Il est situé au cœur du quartier des Navigli, avec restaurants à proximité. Je recommande vivement !
