Initially, we were required to contact the host via phone call upon check-in, which was a bit difficult for us as travelers. Fortunately, the manager from our previous hotel kindly helped us contact them, and we were finally able to switch to communicating via WhatsApp! Please note that the actual room address was different from the one shown on Expedia; you must pay attention to the check-in information sent by the host to confirm the exact address of your rented room! That being said, the host’s subsequent communication attitude was excellent. They replied to everyone's requests and inquiries very quickly through WhatsApp, and if anything was missing in the room, they would bring it over immediately! This level of service is truly commendable! The property is big and kitchen is good. The air conditioning in the two bedrooms worked well, keeping us quite comfortable even during a heatwave. However, the air conditioning in the dining room was relatively weak and needs improvement! Additionally, there were quite a few mosquitoes in the house, and we got bitten many times during our few days' stay. Although the host provided mosquito coils, it still did not completely solve the problem!In terms of location, this property is a 30-minute walk from the central station and 20 minutes away from the main attractions, so it is not very convenient! The nearby supermarkets are mostly smaller ones, and the number of restaurants is quite limited!

Excelent.

A big and comfortable apartment with all the services. It doesn’t have an elevator but in compensation offers good heaters an hot showers. It’s also located in a beautiful place, close to most important historical buildings. The staff is very friendly!

Amazing value for money, Brera Apartments provided ample space in a large and quiet apartment, bettering any hotel experiences in the Milan downtown area. With several Carrefour Express markets, laying in provisions was never a problem, and there are many excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. Sforza Castle and Palazzo Brera are not an easy walk, and the Metro takes you to the Duomo and Galleria (about 15 minutes). Two things to be aware of: this is not a hotel with a front desk, you will have to be in touch for handing off the keys (the staff were helpful and were flexible when traffic delayed our arrival). Paid parking is available in blue zones around the neighborhood, but be aware that the spaces in front of the apartment on Via San Marco will need to be vacated on market days (including Mondays).

Great location, very quiet and wonderful place. It is much larger than appears in the photos. Very helpful/responsive to any questions. I did not realize how important it was to have air conditioning—also a lucky plus! A wonderful bakery and also a grocery store are nearby. Thank you for a great stay!
