NO parking services!

The owners of the property do not offer parking. You have to arrange the parking yourself. They should not list any parking in their services, as they provide none. The apartment is OK. Not as spacious as it looks from the pictures, but still very OK.

Parking on the street and I was lucky to find an open space. Thought it was a hotel when booked but it’s more like a type of AirB&B apartment. Very inconvenient to get in and out with multiple keys and locks. There was a lady yelling in the early morning, could not understanding Italian so have no clue. Would not recommend it unless you have no place else to stay!

La chambre ne correspondait pas avec les photos et il a été convenu d' annuler (chambre relouée le jour même par un tiers!) Mais aucun remboursement et plus aucune réponse de leur part depuis lors !! D'ou vol, arnaque, pratique commerciale déloyale et escroquerie, publicité mensongère, perte de temps et service client 0 pointé. J'exige mon remboursement sans quoi une plainte devra être déposée ! Jamais vu cela en 20ans de voyage !!! A fuir car ne vaut pas le prix de toute facon ! Scandaleux et extrêmement injuste. Le pire est sans doute de rester sans reponse pendant une semaine malgre de nombreuses relances (et perte de temps). J'avais du en plus trouver un autre hebergement en last minute. Bref honteux et pas du tout ptofessionnel !

Tres bien.le seul bemol le petit dej etait inclus ,mais nous n avons trouvé qu une machine à café avec des dosettes et honnettement je n ai pas posé de question car à 20m de l hotel il y avait une cafeteria tres bien

On a croisé par hasard la dame chargée de l’accueil, heureusement car on cherchait l'entrée. L'hébergement était propre et tout équipé. La salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre, la décoration sobre et élégante. Grand placard, beaucoup de rangement. Bon fonctionnement du chauffage. Accès sécurisé, résidence calme. Tramway à proximité. Métro un peu plus loin à 10 minutes à pieds. Parking sécurisé 20€/24h à proximité.
