"We stayed there for 6 weeks and liked this place over all. Pros: we liked that the owner did weekly cleaning for us. The owner was responsive to inquiries and getting things missing in the house. As book lovers, we like that there were a tons of kids books. ( also more adults comic books for other ages). Nice to have another toilet in the second floor. There are a Jidokan (kids indoor play facility) and a park diagonally across the street and there were a lot of kids to play with. 15min walk to...

"大きい車は本当に駐車場が大変かもウチは全員降りてから、駐車しました。部屋は思ってたよりも綺麗にされていて、田舎のおばぁちゃんちに来た感があり、何故か懐かしさを感じました。 1つ、2つ程難点を言うと、掛け布団が薄めの1枚だったので、寒くて暖房を消して寝れませんでした。冬場は毛布があるといいかな〜と思いました。後バスタオルがなく、フェイスタオルだけだったので、お風呂上がりに皆2-3枚づつ使ってしまいました。あとは普通の住宅街にある一軒家なので、静かで良かったです。いつかまた福岡に来る時は、交通の便もいいので、お世話になりたいと思ってます。 "

"客房打掃乾淨整潔，屋子小巧但該有的都有。靠近西鐵二日市站，步行只要5-10分鐘左右，走到西鐵一帶就有餐廳和便利商店。因為我們此行主要是要去太宰府天滿宮，這裡距離天滿宮真的很近，搭乘西鐵只要兩站。從價位、距離和整體舒適度來說，是CP值非常高的選擇。不過，因為住宿地點位於二樓，如果有大件行李的旅客，要審慎考慮。我們兩大一小，三個托運大行李，最後要靠老公一個人搬上窄窄的樓梯，有點辛苦。但整體來說，還是值得推薦。"

"I stayed at this hotel expecting a simple and comfortable experience, which was mostly the case in terms of the room and overall cleanliness. However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. During my stay, a large group (a youth baseball team) was using the breakfast area at the same time. The space became extremely crowded, with a long line forming, making it practically impossible for other guests to access the food. As a result, I was unable to have breakfast at all. I understand that group bookings are important for hotels, but there should be better management or some form of limitation or time allocation to prevent this kind of situation. Otherwise, it significantly impacts the experience of other guests. I hope the hotel can improve how they handle group guests during peak times."

"The staff are very friendly. The building and rooms are fairly new. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Japan so far they have the most space in rooms. Also, grab the breakfast buffet worth the money. I wish I’ve stayed longer here. I will definitely stay again. "
