Room was spotless and well set up and the staff where so lovely and professional. Communication was great and I could contact them with ease for support or advice. I felt very safe too and the lift was very accessible and easy to use.

From the great staff in the restaurant and front desk , to amazing housekeeping I was amazed by the great service ! The location is central to everything you could want in Cape Town. I found this to be a perfect stay for my needs !

according to the owner, they have never been paid by Hotels.com, and therefore could not honour my booking. I had to pay cash or be turned away. my report to Hotels.com has received no response, I can only think this is a scam. either way, I won't use Hotels.com again, ever, and I dont care if it ...
