「禁煙ルームなのにタバコの臭いが酷い チェックインの時、タバコを部屋で吸ったら ペナルティがあると言われ、デポジットまで 取られたのに部屋に入ったら、タバコ臭くて 居られないほどだった。 当然、部屋は変更してもらったが、 そのまま我慢して泊まったら、 あなた喫煙しましたね、とか言われ デポジットを没収されていたかもしれないと 思ったら、結構、危うい感じでした。 また、チェックインの際の女性は、 チェックインの際、私用の電話をしながら 手続きをしたりとメチャクチャでした。 そこそこの金額を払っているので、 最低限のマナーは守って欲しい。 」

「We did not stay; the room was clean-ish but had the overpowering smell of pinesol. The building is being renovated and felt defunct. The pool was closed. Our rooms air conditioner unit squealed when turned on and the door would not close without being slammed hard into the frame. We opted to leave and chose another property, the front desk staff was kind and understanding, and gave us a full refund. I appreciated the compassion from staff, given the circumstances. 」

「今回このホテルには非常に感謝しています。私がチェックアウトの際にデポジットの返金を受け取るのを忘れていてそのまま受け取らずに私はそこを去ってしまいました。 ですがその後にデポジットを預けていたことを思い出しかなり時間が経ってしまったにも関わらず預かっていてくれて返金もしてくれました。」

「The staff was unable to fulfill my request for an extra pillow. Breakfast was very disappointing after staying at many other hotels that offer breakfast. And I have stayed at many choice hotels that served better breakfast as well.」

「Parking was easy and the Inn was really close to the transit system which helped. When I came in, staff was efficient with the check in process. The room was decent as well. 」

「La casa no estaba lista y nos dieron otra por una noche pero la otra no tenia ni lo mas vasico como papel ijienico los dos lugares tenian muy mal olor la ijiene en los dos lugares esta muy mal no es nada para poder dicir que quieres regresar en si fue muy mal experiencia es mi tersera vez que visito esta siudad y hemos estado en hoteles pero hoy creimos que era mejor una casa .pero todo muy mal ..completamente deseccionada. No son profecionales 」
