I had a rough start at the hotel because there was nobody there when I wanted to check in. then there was a screw up with not being able to get back into the room with the card which could have been partly my fault. But again, it took a while to find someone who could deal with that. People from out of country don't always have capacity to phone someone, so that's not a good substitute for not having staff on site. Also, there's no free wifi, and the wifi that you pay for isn't very good. But I do want to say that, once those issues were dealt with it was great. If you're just looking for a good clean place to sleep, with good beds, linens and storage areas, this is a great place. Free, good wifi would really help too.

Everyone was just ok. The room was quite small, the bedding wasn’t particularly comfortable, and they staff seemed indifferent. It was clean and warm.

Very cool hotel with great communal cafe/bar area and spacious and quirky rooms. Very easy to travel around Copenhagen from DR Byen station and easy to store bags in the locker room after checkout

Every thing was great but I wouldn't stay again as the curtains didn't block out the light so I didn't get any sleep which is the whole point of a hotel. The light from a corridor in the opposite part of the hotel was on all night and shone directly into our room
