The location is excellent, though the access roads are a bit challenging due to the property being situated high in the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. The swimming pool is in a beautiful location.

The staff in the dinning are more focused to the foreigners than local, we pay the same rate as them and have the less respect we get, that's not what we expect. We had to talk to the staff at the

Friendly staff, attentive to room service needs. Shakila at breakfast was very good. She went out of the way to service us. There were 2 male receptionist staff also were great! Forgot their names. Expedia had listed standard room as ocean view, but the property didn’t acknowledge as ocean view for standard room. We got the room we wanted after explaining it, they were accommodating. Will go back again.
