Was .05 miles from friends we were visiting. Plenty of places to eat at. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

The property was pretty good and there were a ton of strip mall type restaurants around. There was also a local bar close by that was quaint and fun. Overall it was a good place to stay with my only complaint being the evening check-in service. I stood at the counter with another customer for a few minutes before anyone came to the counter. It seemed that the night time employee was outside smoking or something. No big deal but clearly wasn't that worried and/or apologetic for making us wait. A small thing but a little "hey sorry about that" goes a long way.

Everything was great. Clean. Friendly. Decent stay. Pool and hot tub were nice. Only complaint is they ran out of everything at breakfast and were very slow refilling lol other than that its a great stay

It was easy to check in, staff was pleasant & super helpful. I would just let people know there’s a 50$ pet fee on the website or when you book. Definitely a solid place to book for a quick trip where you need pet support.

The room they gave us had the air on at 27 degrees. It was cold and thermostat was broke. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a new room right away so it was fixed fast. I did ask for a receipt and never received one. In the morning i was told they did not have one with the amount on it. I signed one when we checked in so couldn't they just make a copy? Other than that it is a good hotel and always clean.

Great but the early wake up call
We stayed here for the third or forth time. Everytime is great. Only issue was the fire alarm supposedly the cook set off at 550 am that woke the enire hotel up. That was definately not needed, but all in all good stay

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Yeah!!! The rooms were perfect size and the bathroom was awesome. Mattress and pillows not the best. Overall very happy.

We counted on having Wi-Fi for a very important (to us) meeting in the morning. Wifi was noted on the advertisement, but it is not working. We didn’t get much help. We had to cancel our meeting. We have always been able to depend on the quality of Hampton Inns so we sought this one out when looking for a place to stay. We are very disappointed.

The most traumatic experience happened to me at this hotel with my mom. Extremely dangerous hotel that I don’t even want to share further details on here due to the nature. The manger “sunshine” advised us that Hampton Inn has zero security protocols with unchecked guests. Did not see any cameras in hallways. Staff was very unapologetic with regards to the experience we had. I felt very unsafe at this hotel and basically ran out. Suppose to be a nice area but this hotel has some bad guests. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. UNSAFE. Spend money elsewhere.

No Receipt From Hotel
Our Stay was good except no room service. Also I was not aware that I had to pay an extras $60.00 after I left on Sunday. I checked by bank account and found the deduction from my account. When I called the person who answered said it was for annuities'. What was that for? I have no record of it. They did not even give me a receipt for anything. Before leaving I was told I would would get a receipt by email and I still don't have one yet!! Not happy with this at all!!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for our hotel. When checking into the hotel we do authorize 20 a day for incidentals. That money is released from us the evening that you check out. Your credit card company or bank will typically release those charges within 5-7 business days. If this is not released, please contact us. Your room was pre-paid to Hotels.com and you should have been sent a receipt from them at the time you paid for the room. I do hope that this clears up any confusion. Thank you for staying with us and we do hope that we get the chance to welcome you back.
