「The hosts made my stay super enjoyable. From a personal welcome card to places to go and recommendations for local resturants and thoughtful treats and even body wash. Made me fee right at home. I thourougly enjoyed my stay even though I was there for a sad occation a dear friends funeral. I enjoyed just hanging out at ther unit. This host delevered in spades. I hope I will have an opportunity to stay there again. Over the top nice!」

「The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert.」

「After booking this property several weeks in advance, I contacted the listing on the morning we were to arrive asking for check in information. The response was “so sorry, I double booked the property and have to cancel your stay”. They did process a full refund immediately but we had to cancel our trip last minute, very disappointed.」

「This was such a cute property. We absolutely loved it. We did not use the bikes as everything was well within walking distance. We were in town for a wedding and never been to the area. We had an amazing time just walking through the downtown area of Riverside. Get food a Publix and Walgreens just down the road. Very cool places to stop in for a drink and relax. The unit we rented was located perfectly not far from the highway and was very easy to find. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities...

「Great stay overall. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and intentionally designed for comfort. The décor is modern with a warm touch—everything from the lighting to the furniture made it feel upscale but still very inviting.The apartment was spotless, and you can tell attention was given to the little details.
