Spacious studio with separate sleeping area

  • This studio on the 1st floor offers everything for a comfortable stay by the sea. The studio features a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire width, the apartment is filled with natural light and offers a beautiful sea view. There is also a practical semi-open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. The sleeping area can be closed off for extra privacy. This residence enjoys a prime location: within walking distance to shops and the tram, and directly on the seafront and beach. Perfect for enjoying the sea, sun, and comfort. Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
    For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
