Very impressed with the facilities. Was a great room to come back to after long days of exploring the area around wider Belgium and Netherlands. Definitely coming back to have a more slower relaxed stay, to explore more the local area and the beach during summer.

The place was clean, and the heating was excellent during our stay ( winter time ). The car park is excellent too. It is basically right next to our accommodation. We will definitely come back and use this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Great place for families.

Excellent location only 10mins walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Great for families. You do need to take everything from towels, tea towels to hand soap. Bed sheets are provided.

The apartment was so nice especially with 3 children, we brought practically everything we needed with us down to towel, the down bulk bed was a bit too low, one have to be careful getting in and out, the blanket stink of sweat, please do wash the blanket, you have to the check-in yourself, the customer service was contacted via email, and they respond almost immediately, nice location 10 minutes walk to the beach, getting around will be better with a car, I would highly recommend.

The property was good for a couple of days at the beach. The bouncy castle and pirate ship were great for keeping the kids entertained. The rooms with a pull out bed I wouldn’t recommend. The pull out bed is extremely uncomfortable. The door to exit the room was also in the area with the bunk beds, where the kids sleep, and there were no safety measures on the door so our two year old could open the door.

Overall good but impossible to locate and reach

We had a trouble and it was nightmare to find the location GPS took us to a surreal haunted place where the building could not match the description of the building what we booked. It was 8 pm and when I tried to call at the number it said, it is not in use. although time to contact these people was until 10pm. A local tourist helped us to find the way out. Flat and property was overall clean but too much hassle to find it.

Overall okay for one night as it was easy too reach from the motorway, close proximity to a lovely beach, nice bakery round the corner and we were big fans of the blackout blinds. However, we didn’t have duvets when we arrived so had to call someone from Holiday Suites as there is no reception staff at this hotel. The problem was quickly solved but what was even more annoying was the fact that we had to make our own beds. When we asked the lady who provided us with the duvets in the end if this was normal, she confirmed it was, unless we had booked it as an additional service. Not sure I would have been happy to pay more for a service that seems standard absolutely everywhere we have stayed in the passed. The pillow covers where also too small for the pillows which made them extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and in addition the security rail on the bunk bed was broken with nails sticking out. We were told someone would come to fix it but that wasn’t the case. Guests should also be made aware that there is no shower gel and not even any hand soap in the bathroom.

The check in process was a little confusing. The map on the ground floor didn’t show upstairs. A few people were walking round confused. The rooms were nice. Sofa bed wasn’t great. Very noisy but the apartment was ok. Not much locally. Tea / coffee sachets would have made it a lot better.
