Great food with a good amount of options. Staff were talkative and very kind.

The property is in THE perfect location for museums, parks, restaurants, entertainment, etc. This summer was particularly hot and the room doesn’t have air conditioning, but cools down nicely at night and with the provided fan. If you’re used to travel in Europe this isn’t an issue. Some may opt for another hotel at the expense of proximity—which is mistake. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean and designed to to do exactly what they are intended to do: sleep, wash up, and get out and see the beautiful city. Don’t be so precious. Danke je wel

La ubicación es excelente y el área es muy bonita. Sin embargo, difiero en la relación calidad - precio. La habitación es más pequeña de lo que pensé. No hay mucho espacio para dejar la maleta y el baño es muy chico. Hay que tener eso en cuenta ya que recomendaría el hotel para estancias de 1 o 2 noches solamente. La habitación en sí es bonita y moderna, y el balcón ayudó a que estuviera más amplia y cómoda por las 3 noches de estancia. Aparte, de los 29 canales de TV, solo 5-6 funcionaban, hasta que pregunté que pasaba en recepción fue cuando me comentaron, detalle ahí

The best part of this hotel is the staff – every person at the front desk was very kind and friendly, and greeted us with a smile. Thank you so much, as this is worth a lot for a foreign traveler!! The lobby area is decent. But the hotel room itself was just OK. The carpet through the hallways of the hotel, as well as in our room, were dingy and stained. And the room itself was not all that well maintained with large chips in the wall, chipped furniture, etc. And the area in the lobby with free coffee and candy, always had flies. Our room was otherwise clean with comfortable beds. Positives are that the hotel is a short 5 min walk from the central train station and the main tourist road. The hotel is also located in the red light district, which is dingier and dirtier than other parts of the city; but at least it’s at the edge of the red light direct, so within one block you can escape to a more attractive area. So for the €400/night after all the taxes and fees, I had hoped the hotel would be nicer. But overall, it was fine. Truly, the staff made up for a lot.
