"My wife ended up stranded due to severe weather that caused widespread flight cancellations. After spending all day at the airport and getting very little rest following a cruise, she was exhausted and just needed a comfortable place to stay for the night. With so many hotels increasing their rates due to the situation, we were grateful to find this hotel. While prices were understandably higher than normal, they were still reasonable compared to many other options. From the moment she arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful, making a stressful day much easier. She was able to check in, relax, get a good night’s sleep, and finally unwind after a very difficult travel day. Thank you to the team for providing such a pleasant and comfortable experience when it was needed most. Great staff, a clean and comfortable hotel, and excellent service. We truly appreciate everything you did to turn a bad day into a much better one."

"Until this last visit we only had good things to say. Something happened to this motel. The room we asked for and have stayed in10+ times, unavailable. Not a close one. Card keys did not work, ice machine on another floor, room phone broken, not all advertised TV channels available. Macdonald's wrappers in stairwell, beer bottle caps on stairs, dog barking on our hall. Front desk served others while we explained our discomfort. Front desk didn't answer their phone and disconnected while ringing (from cellphone because room phone didn't work). They really couldn't have cared less. We'll not be returning. EVER."

"I stayed at this hotel during a solo trip to get my teeth done, and overall I had a great experience. The hotel and my room were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe and welcomed. The only issue I experienced was with the TV in my room, which kept turning on and off and did not work properly. Other than that, I had no problems during my visit. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay."
