We were so impressed by how large it was - plenty of room for our 3 kids to move around, lots of tables and benches to put our things down, etc. The home was recently remodeled and everything was very modern - clean, hardwood floors, beautiful bathrooms, sturdy furniture. We appreciated the linen service. The location was very convenient to a nearby park and restaurants. The private access to the beach was amazing - the stairs are a little steep, but not too bad. The beach was a little crowded because the location is close to the pier and it was probably spring break as well as Easter weekend, but we still enjoyed it. Check in and out was effortless, and Sharon was very responsive to questions. "

This property has been our family’s spring break for the last 4 yrs. Everything you could want and more. Ted Waltz is an excellent communicator and the property is immaculate and the perfect location for dining out, beach, pool and shopping. "

"Fenced in yard for the dogs was perfect snd they had a blast. Being able to look out and see the water way was awesome as well. Small cottage but perfect for the two of us and two dogs. Relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Will for sure book again."

"host was very quickly responsive to any and all needs.It is a house made for the beach, just off the island and within minutes of everything you need. except for a small kitchen there is plenty of room in the house, even if full. off street covered parking . Fenced in yard and they allow big dogs."
