"Contrary to its name B&B Hotel, this hotel does not offer breakfast. There isn't even a coffee maker in the room. We were unable to make coffee or hot water for tea because there was no glass or cup to hold hot water. Several towels were very worn and stained."

"They need to offer bottle waters in rooms and lobby plus parking needs to be either free or cheaper."

"Constant construction drilling noise we heard from room from pool everywhere. No escaping that noise. It was pretty bad. I should have read the reviews. And it looks like that construction will be going on for while unfortunately. "

"Double Queen room. In need of MANY repairs. Room was not clean. Housekeeping came by on the 2nd day at about 4pm to clean the room. Did not.clean only put 1 set of folded sheets on the end of 1 bed. And left a new set of clean towels in bathroom. Floor was sticky. Shower was gross. I put towels down all over bathroom floor so i didn't touch anything. Wore white socks around the room. They were so dirty by the 2nd day. Never again !"

"This property is less than a block from the boardwalk and beach. Great location. Room was clean and well kept. In our specific room the bed needs to be replaced (the mattress was old and the springs were noisy when getting in and out of bed.not a comfy mattress.) and and the refrigerator was quite loud when the coolant cycle turned on. But overall I would stay here again, and just ask for a different room"

"Excellent vacation! Hotel is lovely, rooms clean and comfortable and the free amenities were a BIG plus (breakfast, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and as much bottled water as you want). The pools were great and this is in the heart of SB on Ocean Drive, right across from beach and beautiful 10 mile bike/walk boardwalk. "
