It was clean and nice ocean view. What was a huge negative was we were next to the mechanical room so it was very loud and disruptive.

Everything about this hotel was excellent to customer service of front desk to staff at Quinto the cafe and also person that did valet parking. The property is perfect the location was right beside the mall also a lot of restaurants. The layout of the property is excellent, the filtered water in the room I used that a lot to the coffee machine. My birthday vacation was one for the books. The views the views was the highlight of the whole stay. Easy access to everything 1000/10

My stay was truly memorable, and a huge part of that was the incredible staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure my experience was perfect. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with stylish rooms and top-notch amenities, but it’s the staff who really make this place shine. They went above and beyond, making me feel like a VIP every step of the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a personalized and exceptional stay in Miami Beach!

Give yourself plenty of time to get there, especially if you are returning a car. Pay close attention to the GPS because you are going to take numerous roads. It is difficult if you’ve never been there before. The airport is absolutely huge and it takes a long time to accomplish anything. Give yourself at least three hours from arrival at the airport until your flight.
