This spot was perfect. You can put your feet in the ocean in 90 seconds flat. Alexandra met us, even though we arrived at close to midnight. She answered all our questions and even provided extra towels.And rent bikes from Lola downstairs and use the. For fun and to get to and from restaurants and bars.

Beautiful stay feels like home away from home

When we got there the check in process took less than 10 minutes, super quick and easy very stress free. The cleanliness was amazing and our host was very quick to respond. The pool was so nice with amazing food and drink choices. Will book this place always when coming back!

Nice Patio with great access to the Beach and Boardwalk.

We loved the view from the upstairs bedroom. We truly enjoyed the sound of the ocean from the patio in the mornings and evenings. Great mid beach location to explore Miami.

Miami Beach is the best!

Loved the property! The owner was extra attentive to any issues we had, the property is incredible, loved the concierge and valet! Amazing value and bargain for the location! Outstanding sandbar in front of the property, you can walk out into the ocean hundreds of feet, shells everywhere, kids had a blast! Food options nearby are abundant, we used door dash and Instacart for most of our needs! Our family will miss this place! It’s awesome the owner allows for family or friends to visit and share good times a real treat when most VRBO’s don’t allow visitors, thank you Alexandra!

Great location. But that was the only good thing.

Location was amazing, but this was the worst short term rental I have ever had. The property was run down and disgusting. Dirty linens, bugs throughout, stains on walls. Will never return.

Incredible location

The perfect spot if you’re a beach lover! Just yards away from the sand and ocean as well as the brick boardwalk, this place was ideal. The owner was responsive and even delivered a beach umbrella to us! Would definitely return!

Dated, in disrepair, and not stocked with basics

Location is fabulous but unit the worse place I have ever stayed. No toilet paper, hand towels or wash clothes. Unit has mold and smells, bedroom blind broken restricting view of ocean. Beds uncomfortable and pillows are so old they are useless. Bathrooms disgusting and water so hot it is scalding

Loved the beach access- might choose different owner

Pros: Beach access (it's right there-) amount of beds to accommodate a group Cons: -The owner told us when we got there that she was on the property and "watching us" (made it very uncomfortable) -The pool, although listed as an amenity, was NOT available. The owner would not give any credit for this issue (VRBO was also unhelpful) -Upstairs beds VERY squeaky -Thin walls- you can hear neighbors -Not much privacy outside (patios are right next to each other -lacking in kitchen (no baking dish or cookie sheet) -showers hard to get the temperature right and clogs

Perfect place!

We stayed two nights before heading on a cruise and this spot was excellent! We loved having a mini vacation before our vacation and with the great patio, immediate access to the beach and great location our stay felt like just that! Check in was easy, communication with the host was great and the listing was just as described! We’re staying here again on our way back and are glad to have another reliable stay in this spot!

Good location but wouldn’t stay again

The beach was absolutely beautiful!!! We walked directly from the porch area, across the walkway and we were on the beach! It was terrific! However, this property had issues. It was very difficult to navigate the hotel. Some of the employees didn’t even speak English, which made asking questions very difficult. There were ants downstairs, looked like black mold on some of the walls, the upstairs never cooled (the vent was not blowing upstairs), the grill (that you must clean if you use it or pay $30) was rusted, the bath tub faucets were hard to work (it was either scalding hot or cold), the whole place needs some maintenance all the way to the towel rods that were falling off the walls. You are basically paying for the beach accessibility, which was terrific. So, if you are looking for an overpriced place to lay your head but has terrific beach access, then this is your place. Like I said, we loved the beach accessibility but wouldn’t stay here again.

Awesome Location /Great Price

We loved the space and view. You are literally steps from the beach. Liked that there was a lounge in building. Tip for travelers use the downstairs shop. Not the one next to lobby. The prices are much much better Would rent this place again.

Excellent Location and Convenient Amenities

The Blu Gin restaurant on property had excellent food and specials. Staff was great as well. We ate there twice as a group of 9 and all 18 meals were great. The poolside snack shack had great drinks, service, and quick tasty food. Our only issue and it is NOT related to our unit, is that they need to double the number of chairs at the pool. You can take chairs from the unit, but that is a hassle. Also could probably double the towels in the unit, with 6 bath towels and an additional 6 beach towels. The A/C worked great, fridge, dishwasher, showers, and TVs all worked perfectly. We would stay again!

Right on the beach!

The location is pristine and right on the beach! That's what you are paying for. Everything about this stay was great minus the little critters that made their presence known at night. I appreciate the effort of the owner to try to correct it, but it unfortunately did not work. I think it's worth staying here because of the location, but avoid the critters!

Great!

We had a wonderful time...sunrise at the beach is NEVER to be missed. The valets bless their hearts they were swamped. People are impatient but they were moving them the fastest they could. Not sure how they could improve on it..they already have 3 lanes rolling. The Turkish baths were under construction...bummer. But next time they'll be open.
