In the financial center of Miami Brickell, you will be able to live an experience full of comfort and unique moments, surrounded by luxury restaurants, exclusive stores, nightlife, arts, 20 minutes from the beach, and entertainment venues, with easy access to major transportation routes and 15 minutes from the airport.

Getting Around:
Metromover station is just 8 minutes away (public transportation).

Other Things to Note:
Please note the following for a smooth check-in: The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must also be the main guest. The main guest must be the first to arrive at the reception for check-in. Guests under 21 years old cannot be designated as the main guest.

Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.

We do not provide washcloths.

There is ongoing construction next to the building, which might result in occasional daytime disturbances. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.

To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.

Parties or a high volume of sound that annoys neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.
