The studio features a thoughtfully designed living space with a pull-out sofa bed, a 32" Smart TV equipped with apps like YouTube TV, Netflix, and Hulu, and high-speed internet, making it perfect for streaming or remote work. The fully stocked kitchenette includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and all the cookware and dining essentials for up to 3 guests.

The en-suite bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, towels, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Additional amenities include keyless entry, an iron and ironing board, and ample storage space in the closets.

Laundry facility is right outside the door for convenient access

Located just 15 minutes from Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from Miami Beach, 5 minutes from Brickell, and 10 minutes from Midtown and the Design District, this studio is an ideal base for exploring the Magic City. Onsite parking for one vehicle and a security camera system on the property ensure both convenience and peace of mind.

Please note that while the property is part of a multifamily setup, your studio is completely private. Whether you're visiting for leisure or work, this tropical retreat offers everything you need for a memorable Miami stay.

Logistics:

- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Cleaning: Professionally cleaned and sanitized following CDC guidelines before each stay.
Household cleaning supplies (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.) are provided.
Additional Information:

Garbage: City collection is every Tuesday and Friday morning. Garbage bins are on the side of the house, and if needed, guests may place them out for collection. Our cleaning team handles it if not done by guests.

Parking: Onsite parking ( first come first serve) Driveway can accommodate 2 cars. And we have 3 units. But street parking is available. Only 1 vehicle per unit

Cameras: Outdoor-only security cameras are monitored by a professional company for safety.

Parties & Events: Not permitted. Excessive noise or music after 10:00 PM may lead to reservation termination and additional fees.

Pets: Not allowed unless approved before arrival, with a pet fee applied.

Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for items left behind or package deliveries.

*The set price for washing machine is $3 each function to wash & to dry and it will work 60 min each function.
