    You’ll enjoy a wide range of first-class amenities, including a stunning rooftop pool and cutting-edge on-site gym. On the off-chance you can pull yourself away, you’ll be in the heart of a neighborhood brimming with culture and shopping. By day, wander over to the nearby open-air malls and jewelry shops, or enjoy some contemporary art at the Pérez Art Museum Miami. By night, catch a Miami Heat game or a concert at the American Airlines Arena, or take in some opera or ballet at the Adrienne Arsht Center. This central location is just a quick ride to some of Miami’s best neighborhoods like Brickell and the Wynwood Arts District.
    - each keyfob lost will be charged $250

    - in case of any lockout, guest is liable and must call locksmith company to regain access to the premises

    - guest agrees to send ID picture for building registration

    - Guest will receive only 1 set of key

    - Guest must returned keyfob inside lockbox where they collected it (follow instructions sent by message)

    -Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees.

Good location and nice amenities on property but a few things to be aware of when booking. This unit is on the 23rd floor & we had ONE key fob between 5 people. That means if one person wanted to go to the gym, that person had to let everyone in and out of the building. If someone wanted to go to dinner, someone else had to go down to get them when they got back etc. We accidentally left our one key fob in the unit and it cost us 100 fee for someone on the property to come get it for us. Also, the unit was hot when we got there & it’s automatically set to hot once mid morning/early afternoon hit so everytime we came back it was really hot. Lastly, I tried contacting the host several days before the reservation to get some details for grocery delivery & there was no response. A few hours BEFORE checkin, he sends a message requesting that I send everyone’s Driver License to 3 different numbers. I was about to board a flight & didn’t have time to facilitate that for 5 people to 3 different numbers. It would’ve been helpful to receive that a day early if it was needed. Ultimately, I asked him to facilitate it & gave him everyone’s number & he just ended up sending the check in instructions instead.. I assume bc it was a lot of work. The customer service is in another country & it’s obvious they haven’t been trained or thoroughly vetted. I never give bad reviews & I think I was quite generous with 3 stars given the lack of customer service & lack of thoughtfulness with the unit.
