Located in the Luxury Condominium, The Opera Tower, this stylish condo is centrally located off Biscayne Boulevard with nearby access to Wynwood, Brickell, Midtown, South Beach and the Design District. This studio is situated on the 41st floor and has beautiful views of the city, skyline and Biscayne Bay. Its perfect for a peaceful, quiet and relaxing stay because you don’t have to worry about excessive street noise! The condo includes one assigned parking space and in unit washer and dryer. It's a short 0.7 mile walk to the Miami Metromover, a free public transportation system servicing the Greater Miami area.
*Please note, the condominium association requires a guest submit a $150 HOA application. An approval for this application can take 2-4 weeks. There is an expedited option for a fee that takes 48-72 hours. Please ensure you book with ample time to complete this required application.*

About the Building:
The Opera Tower lobby is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It features on-site security officers as well as 24 hour video surveillance. There is a mini market in the lobby that is open 24 hours a day as well as a barber shop. There is a shared pool deck with ample features such as cabanas, BBQ grills, large outdoor dining tables, hot tubs, and a sauna. There is also a shared fitness center and gym. Please note, the pool is being renovated and is not available for use at this time.
About the Area:
The building is right across the street from Margaret Pace Park which features volleyball and tennis courts as well as a children’s play area and a dog park. It’s the perfect place to walk along the bay! Rent paddle boards at the park and venture out on Biscayne Bay. The condo is a short, 4 minute walk to Publix. There is also a sports bar/restaurant located outside at the bottom of the building. There also are many other places to eat only a short walking distance or drive away.
Guest access:
You'll have access to the entire apartment (Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Panoramic Balcony, Bedroom, Walk-In Closet, Laundry, and Bathroom) and shared Condo Amenities (Lobby, Elevators, Fitness Center, Pool Deck, Hot Tub, Sauna, Cabanas, BBQ grills, Lounge/Media & Entertainment Room, Resting Areas, Parking Garage). Please note, the pool is being renovated and is not available for use at this time.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
On your check-in date, please go to the front desk to sign in when you get to the Opera Tower (the front desk is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week). For your safety and the safety of all residents in the building, access to the building and all its amenities is through biometric facial recognition. This will be completed on the day of your arrival to ensure you have a safe and smooth stay.
Please ensure you've registered all adults 18+ to your Reservation, which is mandatory by Opera Tower Management. We'll provide all registered guests to the Front Desk to guarantee a smooth check-in process and access to all building amenities. Only registered guests will be able to enter the building.
To access the free indoor parking, guests must purchase a transponder (sticker) with the condominium’s management. The guest is responsible for the transponder cost of $25.00 which can be paid for by credit or debit card only. For your convenience, the transponder will be installed by condominium’s security. To collect the transponder the guest will be required to present driver’s license and car registration along with the payment to the management office. Motorcycles and motor scooter will also require a transponder to enter the garage gate. Transponder cost for motorcycles and scooters is $15.00.
In addition, Opera Tower offers Valet Parking for around $20 DAILY if you need extra parking. There's also a city parking lot next to Opera Tower for $15 daily.
