Beautiful place!

What a wonderful place to stay for a getaway to Miami! Beautiful room w/ view, the building has sensational amenities from the gym to pool to hot tub to dining downstairs. And, the host was super helpful the whole trip! 10/10 will definitely stay again

Don’t stay here. You can forget about reaching the host or getting a response. A place that take large amounts in cash is red flags. Am currently trying to get my money they claimed to refund back. They deleted our text conversations to hide evidence of our conversations. This is Scam stay away. Am gonna sue them if my money is not refunded immediately. And they will loose more

Worlds most complex check in process

The room was beautiful and clean. But the check in process was a nightmare. You had to give them a 30 mins prior to arrival text (impossible to gauge with Miami traffic) for some reason they didn't bill the full amount and then were harassing us while we were out at dinner
