Nice spot but not a true 2 bed 2 bath

This was a 1 bed condo with kitchen living room laundry and a separate non adjoining 1 bedroom hotel room. It worked for us but listing didn’t mention that they are separate rooms with no direct access to the second bedroom - would not be ideal if you have young kids.

Nice Stay near Biscayne Bay

This was two rooms in the Hotel Arya. There was a common foyer but 2 separate entrances. One was a single room with a bathroom - just like a hotel room. The other was like a small 1-bedroom apartment but with 1 1/2 baths and an extra sofa bed. We were able to keep the room doors open so that all could use the common areas, but it would have been preferable for it to be all one apartment.

Spectacular view, but...

This place had all of the bones to be fabulous! The view was spectacular, and the layout was perfect. Unfortunately, that's where my praise ends. The place was wiped down but was not as clean as it should have been for the rental cost. A couple of things were broken, damaged or not functional. The furniture was outdated, and the bathrooms and kitchens were old as well. This is not what I expected from a rental that cost over $2k for 3 nights.

Great location. Awesome pool. Enjoyed our stay - was convenient to be inside a larger hotel as front desk staff was available for help/questions/recommendations.

Hotel staff could be more attentive

Very upset with hotel front desk staff. A bag was accidentally left on the property after checkout. Staff advised they checked for bag in the lobby and just outside in the drop-off area. Attempted to contact police in Miami and was advised could not make a report over the phone regarding missing bag. Someone I knew found the bag in plain site in the lobby. Staff apparently did not try very hard to locate this bag, which had a laptop computer and necessary medication inside.

four travelers / three nights for son's wedding

Very impressive property ideally located in the heart of coconut grove. We were a family of four adults staying for our son's wedding. There was plenty of room in the suite. The wrap around balcony was such a PLUS PLUS - terrific water and city views. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. One free parking space a plus as well. The host was easy to reach for some questions we had. The property has an 8th floor pool which is quite lovely

Great getaway in the grove

Property unit was well kept and view was gorgeous. Ample security measures in the facility. Great walking distance to everything one would need to do in the grove. Super close to dinner key marina. We will definitely be using this property again!

Great location, great building

Very nice property, as shown in listing. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and the marina. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars - the unit was a bit skimpy on a few things. We had 4 people so utilized both bedrooms. The dishes were sparse in some cases - only 2 full size water glasses, a few mismatched spoons for example. There was only one blow dryer between the 2 rooms and the sheets were too small so if you move around much you end up directly on the mattress (seemed like someone had tried to put a queen flat sheet on a king bed instead of a king fitted sheet). With a few minor improvements, this is a five star VRBO for sure.
