Our condo comes turn-key ready, fully furnished, with beds made, fresh towels ready, and a stocked kitchen. The bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic queen bed, and pull out mattress in the living room is a queen gel-foam bed. A 55” smart tv is mounted in the bedroom, and a 65” smart tv is mounted in the living room. We have a brand new drip coffee maker, Caraway cookware, and new stainless steel appliances. Downstairs we have a UPS, Nail Salon, Bank, Pizza, Café, and more. The parking space is a private enclosed garage, with a private spot just for your vehicle. We also have a brand new Nest smart A/C system, with powerful and efficient air to get you through the Miami heat. In the closet we have two Tommy Bahama beach chairs that recline and come with built-in storage and coolers, along with a beach umbrella perfect for a day at South Beach.
