  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Please be aware of the deposit if you missed it in description and the cleaning fee. Not sure why the cleaning fee was there when there were spiders in ever corner of the place. But the place was over all good.

Very clean and close to downtown miami and south beach. I have stayed in downtown miami and some before and I felt much safer in little Havana (I stayed here with my 5 y/0 son). I really loved that there was a kitchen and washing machine. We enjoyed walking around little Havana in the evening and eating at the local restaurants on 8th st which is an 8 min walk or 3 min by car. I will definitely book here again.

Getting around was a bit far to get to grocery stores etc but overall the property was really cute and owner was very attentive and they responded very quickly when needed.

My recent experience at this property left much to be desired. The pervasive and nauseating smell of dogs was impossible to ignore, casting a dark shadow over what could have been a tolerable stay.

I understand, we paid for cleaning at check in. The floor was also very dirty all over, like lot of dust or something. The refrigerator has like a dent too. Also the blankets are kind of bad or dusty that we couldn’t use

Nice overall. Especially for price. Cleaning a little questionable. Especially when you consider non refundable cleaning fee. Very apparent floors are not mopped. So makes you question everything else. But amenities are upside, washer dryer, full apartment. You might just have to clean a little for your own liking.

A unique set up for sure. This is a former 2 flat with garage that has been converted into 5 separate units. Our unit was basically half of the first floor of the building where they built a wall and put in a closet door separating the units. It felt like we were trying out a tiny home. Pros Freshly remodeled with almost all new furniture, tv’s, and appliances Washer/Dryer, full sized fridge w/ freezer, dishwasher, and microwave Outside seating area Quick reply when WIFI password given was incorrect Cons Microwave is well above your head (like at 6ft 8inches) No oven, hairdryer, or coffee maker (tea kettle was provided) No dressers, night stands, or anywhere to store your things. One 4ft x 18in kitchen table with hard stools and one tiny end table in the living room. We had to manually move a heavy gate to park in our parking spot The size of the living room; only large enough for the pull out bed Zero insulation or noise reduction. We could hear every conversation in the unit next to us and the stomping upstairs never seemed to stop.

Las fotos no reflejan la realidad de la Propiedad, al llegar al barrio observamos gente bebiendo afuera en plena mañana , basura en todas partes a la Entrada , zapatos botados , el olor eran insoportable . Aunque el host se comunicaba con rapidez al llegar al sitio y ver que no era el esperado solicitamos reembolso , que que en ninguna parte de sus políticas estaba escrito que no se podía reembolsar . Me negué a quedarme en la casa # 1 en little habana y de tanto insistir después de tres horas nos dieron la opción de otro sitio en wynwood , el barrio un poco menos peligroso y la propiedad menos vieja y maltratada . En resumen mi estadía fue fea , llena de inaertodumbre y molesta con la host que nunca fue clara y que nos confundió con las fotos publicadas
