We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles.

Great location next to everything.

Great location 2 blocks to beach, 2 blocks to all shipping centers. Buses to south Beach very close by.

The property was excelent. It has a parking spot in the building, and it has full beach equipment, like beach chairs, sun umbrela etc, which was really helpfull. Over all great apartment, will recomend it.
