Plastic baggies over remote controls makes you think things are "santized," but beware. When we stepped into the bathtub black came off our feet...from the floors! We wiped the floor with a washcloth and they were filthy. At night, we smelled an electrical smell which freaked us out. The property manager responded and wanted to help, but then we figured out what the smell was...THE VINYL SHADES. When they are put down at night they off-gas vinyl, probably from the heat of the day. The smell was so bad we had to leave the shades up and keep the windows open, so we had to suffer through the ambient light of the city and the accompanying sounds. The next morning they came to "clean," but the smell of the fabuloso cleaner was almost as revolting as the vinyl smell, so we still had to keep windows open for aeration. They provide an espresso maker, but the cheapest coffee pods, so it tastes like water. The sofa bed was painful for the children, and we couldn't get the TV to work. The location was close to shopping and good food, so there's that.
