-Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
-Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day.
-Luggage Storage: Not available on the premises. You may use nearby services such as Bounce or LuggageHero.

Amazing weeklong stay!

Loved everything about the property! Reception desk was busy so took a couple of tries (b/c I didn't want to wait in line) to get amenity cards, but other than that the apartment and building were fabulous. Property manager was responsive & great. Highly recommend!

Accommodations were exactly as depicted. Stunning modern residence with million dollar views. So nice to have linens , towels and bathrobes provided -and a welcome bottle of chilled wine! Can’t wait to return !

We were in Miami for a conference. The place was just as advertised. Very clean, very neat. Great views from a corner apartment. Capital Grill, Flemings and Truluck's restaurants all within walking distance. Very nice.

Unit was as pictured. Location was great. Pool area gets limited sun exposure. Gym was located in another building so we didn’t use it. Would return again.

Natalie was very pleasant to work with during our 10 day stay at the Viceroy Residences in Brickell. The view from floor to ceiling in this condo is superb. Best VRBO ever!!!

I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed ourselves from the minute we checked in we walked in and the manager was waiting for us to take us up to our room showed us everything went over. Everything with us literally stayed late till we got there so she could check us in, we unplugged the Wi-Fi the first night on accident and I called in the morning they sent somebody right up. The room was unbelievable. The view was the best I’ve ever seen. My wife was so happy for her birthday. Our friends that were with us couldn’t believe how nice it was , everything was so perfect. We literally are going to go back every year five star.
