快適なホテルライフ
お部屋はつねに清潔に保たれており、大変居心地が良い。スタッフも概ね親切ではあるが、ラテンの若干のいい加減な人はいるが、気になるほどではない。要求をしっかり示すことが出来れば、よりよい滞在になること間違い無し。

二度と泊まりたくない
三人での宿泊でした、エキストラベッドの使用を考えていた部屋の予約だったのですがフロントで一泊二万円の追加で、ツーベッドルームのスイートを案内できると聞き、了承して部屋に案内されると、エキストラベッドのままの部屋でした（詐欺に近い！） 前日までのマイアミのハイアットは、ツーベッドルームで、ダイニング、キッチン、リビング付き。シャワールームも２つで、東南の角部屋。オーシャンビューで最高でした。しかも料金はフォーシーズンよりかなり安くて、料理も美味しかったです。 確かに建物の豪華さや、調度品などはフォーシーズンに圧倒されましたが、部屋の豪華さでは圧倒的にハイアットがすぐれていたし、費用対効果で言うなら、１００対１でハイアットの勝利ですね。じかいは必ずハイアットにとまります。 フロントやエントランスの豪華さはフォーシーズンが圧勝ですから、そのようなムードが好きな方はぜひ泊まってください。連泊だったのにタオル変えて無い、水用意されない、エキストラは戻してあって二度メイキングして都度チップ。

Staff in the dining room were slow, indifferent. The ey kept forgetting to bring things we asked for and it took forever to get waited on most mornings. We finally went out to get breakfast elsewhere. Condition of the rooms is a bit dated even though the rooms are big and comfortable. Pool area and pool are big but could use a refurb.

The best staff I’ve ever come across at any hotel. Check-in was great, room comfortable, quiet, and the Sunday brunch was amazing and Cesar the server was amazing and made it really fun, really great staff

Olvidamos una bolsa con ropa con valor de 1,000.00 dólares americanos, y no nos la devolvieron, no la reportaron las mucamas en cosas perdidas y el servicio de atención fue pésimo, no querían darnos respuesta de nada nunca. Quedaron de mandar un correo respondiendo a la situación y ya pasaron dos días y no han mandado nada. Una de las habitaciones fue muy vieja para el precio que cobra el establecimiento (1,600 dólares la noche). Cuando llegamos a hospedarnos, el precio por noche era más barato que el precio contratado para las mismas fechas meses atrás.

This is hands down on of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything from the arrival up on to our departure was flawless. The valet was always on time, the room service was impeccable(also with the times) and the staff is extremely friendly.

They have done an excellent job or remodeling the hotel since Covid time. One area I was dissatisfied was the breakfast. Limited menu compared to their buffet before Covid. Service was also average.
