Check-in is at the Front Desk with a valid photo ID matching the reservation name. All guests must be registered in advance. Your door PIN code will be sent by us prior to arrival (Front Desk cannot issue PINs). Access credentials and key fobs are strictly for registered guests. 🚭 HOUSE POLICIES & PETS

• 100% Smoke-Free: Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit, balcony, or common areas. Evidence of smoking incurs deep-cleaning charges.

• Pets: No pets allowed, except registered service animals per HOA rules and laws.

• Balconies: No hanging items on railings, no open flames, and nothing may be dropped over the ledge.

🗝️ FOBS, PACKAGES & TRASH

• Key Fobs: The amenity fob is inside the unit; please leave it on the dining table at checkout. Guests are responsible for missing fobs or damages via the booking platform.

• Packages: Luxer lockers and USPS mailboxes are for residents only; staff cannot accept guest packages.

• Trash: Bagged trash only in chutes. All cardboard boxes must be flattened and taken to the loading dock recycling bin.
