Facilities: ICON Brickell is a luxury community. That offers the argest residential swimming pool in the US, poolside Bar, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, fitness center with multiple exercise classes, Pilates studio, a state-of-the-art gym, restaurants and Movie Theatre.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire unit, and complementary access to ICON amenities

After check in you will be registered with a QR code to access amenities such as the pool deck area, ONLY 2 QR codes are provided per reservation.

Feel safe as you enter the tower with 24-hour security guard. There is valet parking on-site and a public parking garage right across the street.

Everything you need is at your fingertips. Our unit is conveniently situated with over hundred options of restaurants and bars to enjoy, and just a 5 - 15 minute drive from MIA Aiport, South Beach, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Miracle Mile and the Port of Miami.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
